World Health Day was observed at Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., Pirojshanagar, Vikhroli, on Thursday, 11 April 2006, from 1pm to 3pm.

The Guest Speakers were Dr. Anil More, Yoga Expert, who enlightened the participants on various yogic exercises. The other speakers were Dr. Soverna Mane, a prominent dietician from Jaslok Hospital who spoke on the benefits of a Balanced and Nutritious Diet.

Ms. Mohini Mathur welcomed the guests and introduced the speakers. Mr. A.A.Syed gave the Vote of Thanks. Approximately 125 persons participated.

The programme was followed by lunch, courtesy ‘Godrej’. We are thankful for the facilities provided by Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co.
